concurrent filing 怎麽了？

concurrent filing 140/485 on Spet,28,2005. 03/22/2006 被從CSC轉到TSC，至今音訊全無。TSC 140已到 Jan,19,2006. immigration Portal 發現concurrent filing 被轉的一個都沒有批，不直哪位知道為什麽。 移民局是否有什麽特別的理由？
這是別人的批注：
It is very clear that TSC is not going to touch concurrently filed papers for the reson known to them.Why don't we prepare a write up and send it to AILA and congressman.Please think over it and express your opinion.
