Within 30 days shoud be no problem. But, be prepared, I heared that they ask a lot of questions recently.

1. Obtain signature from International office and a letter that stating your F1 status
2. Bring your registration receipts for the coming Quarter/semester, and transcripts for previous quarters/semesters;
3. Passport/I20/I94
4. A reason why traveling
