急: 申請LC = File immigrant visa petition

我2002年申請過Labor Certificate, 可是在LC批下來之前公司就跨了 (2003/5 批了).

現在雇主要幫辦LC, 但有一問:
Has an immigrant visa pertition (i.e. green card) ever been filed on your behalf?

我該怎麽回答? 申請LC = File immigrant visa petition?

還有, 以前的LC應該沒有用了吧?
