1. How long does it take to get EAD/AP approved from the date of application?

check case processing timeline on the USCIS website

2. Do I have to wait unitl May 1 to submit 485 application (PD 12/2003)?

EB1 or EB2? the rule is you can submit 485 only after your PD becomes current

3. Can I submit EAD/AP together with 485, or have to wait after receiving hte 485 receipt?

yes, you can send them out together
