Question of EB2/EB3 for xiaobaitu and mytwocents

the job position requires Bacholar for my LC, and I remember, somewhere in my LC, it mentioned "skilled worker and professional"
I have Master degree and 2+ experience, can I file my I-140 in EB2 catagory?
