check with your ISSS

I had similar experience. I thought that my I-20 is expiring before I graduate. Therefore, I contacted ISSS about F-1 extension. I told them that I am I-485 pending. I was told that they can do extension for me despite the fact that my green card is pending. Later I found that my I-20 is valid and didn't do the extension. But from what I heard, F-1 extension is possible even when your I-485 is pending. So contact your ISSS office ASAP and ask them what to do.

Don't worry. Things might not be as bad as you think. I know it is tough time for you now. But just calm down and see what is the option left for you.
