Based on rumors, some of the CCP members checked NO in the item 6 of I-485 Part 3. I have not heard any denial due to this.
The chance is very low. But it's serious if INS found out you don't tell truth.
If you check Yes, you are honest but might be requested to submit more evidence.
It's really up to you to make a risk-beneifit assessment. I don't think anyone else including lovely Xiaobaitu can make the decision for you.
