I140appeal 時間

我律師說通常APPEAL 要一年. 但我接到如下通知:
Your I290B NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER was received on XXX. We mailed
you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 30 and
180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as
soon as processing is complete.
是不是現在速度加快了.還是這時間隻是一個估計,不能期望太高?
請有經驗的分析分析.
