H1 Question

I have a h1 for a univeristy (valid through 11/07) and a concurrent h1 for a collge. Now, I am working for the college. I stopped working for the university on 7/05. This summer I plan to go back to the university (same department) to do a similar job. Can I still use the h1 I had before for the university? if yes, shall I or univerisity prepare any documents?
