xiaobaitu, pls answer this question

I came to Canada (PR) 1.5 month ago from US, and I turned in my I-94 when I left US, I was an H1b in US, now the old company I was working for is going to hire me back. but the start day is 3 weeks away.

Can I get a new H1b from US consulate in Canada ?, how fast it will be, Can I just make an apporintment and will get it the second day (if approved).

Or I have to go throungh the same process like when I was in US ?
