may I come back to H4

OPT要過期了，想concurrently fill I-485， 用EAD 繼續工作。請問各位大蝦，如果LG和我的 I140 (EB2) denied，我是不是沒身份了。我可以申請 H4 麽。 LG 現在有 H1。謝了先。
