thanks, I forgot who I heard it from, during LC stage, the total revenue of the firm matters(>=60k), during I140 stage, the profit matters(>=60k). I must heard it wrong.

In addition, during this whole process, I guess I have to be in certain legal status, right? until the time I filed for I485? what if my status expired somewhere during the application process, would immigration office know?
