H1 extension help! 請教小白兔, mytwocents and 其他的熱心人

Receipt date for my hu*****and' H1 extension(another three year) is Feb.13, 06.
on 15th this month, the processing time posted by AILA' website was Feb.13, 06.
But, we have not received notice until now. Is it a common thing? How long we have to wait? very anxiously.
