小女子有個弱弱的問題關於排期，大家不要笑話我，不然...哼

如果下個月5月份公布新的排期，應該指的是6月份的，對吧？比如說NIW EB2到了2004年8月（因為本小姐的PD就是8月），那麽是不是說6月份才開始處理2004年8月份的case？是處理8月31日以前的case嗎？還是說處理8月1號以前的case？
