I-140 status, 這是什麽意思?

On February 10, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

律師說是還沒批, 我的receipt date 是1/26,律師的地址有錯給退回蓋了2/10的章又寄過
來. 今天打電話給USCIS說是批了, 可律師說沒收到. 有哪位知道嗎? 先謝謝了!
