If your financial status allows you to do it, that means, you do not care too much about the money, then you can find a lawyer to try your luck.

Otherwise, do it yourself by looking for a good successful package (without RFE problem) onless you are ready for RFE. Of course, even if you hire a lawyer, you still have a good chance to get RFE.
