關於被告案件dismiss！！！謝謝！！

如果上庭法官宣判案子dismiss了，那麽請問這個案子是否會進入被告者的檔案？謝謝！！如果以後轉身分（正是綠卡和公民）填寫任何表格裏“曾經是否被撲過”要填寫“yes”還是“no”?!謝謝！！！！
