H1B, VISA, OPT, DRIVE LICIENCE 問題請教

剛被通知， 我的H1B被批準了。 但是我的OPT 6/30/2006就到期了， 加兩個月的GRACE PERIOD到8/30/2006, 距離到10/1/2006正式開始啟用H1B還是有一個月的CAP. 這種情況應該怎麽處理？辦B2旅遊簽證留在美國直到10/1/2006? 還是去加拿大簽證? 或是回國簽? 那種相對安全? 聽說2004年有個法案可以合法的留在美國等到H1B開始啟用。 這個法案現在還有效麽？

因為以前是F1, 所以drive licience上有個remark: " temp.visitor exp:06/30/06"

那06/30/06之後我的drive licience還有效麽?
