HELP for WHY---my case transfered from VSC to TSC local office

I got notice that my case was transfered from VSC to TSC, that's very strange to me, because as I know only cases in CSC are being transferred to TSC and cases in VSC are being transferred to NSC.

Could somebody tell me any information? eg. whether it means I will get bad new in next weeks?
