I did apply by me self and got 140 approved before married him.he said family based case is much faster and cheaper.so I stoped my own application .but I never know he cheated me for 2 years that he put all my document in garage without sending them to INS.till I found my h1b is going to expire soon got no time to refile my own application.for my kid I had so suffer a while.
yes,I was silly.how could I know in this world even the closest person can not be trust?
