It depends which city do you live. Possibilities are: Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Since your spouse is on H1(B) perhaps, you need the package he/she applied for H1B approval, especially I797 original. Plus, you need the proof of employment letter from his/her employer.
