收到綠卡後一直沒收到給護照蓋章的通知,回國有問題嗎?

二月份收到I485批準, 隨後收到綠卡.但是一直沒收到給護照蓋章的通知.
一定需要給護照蓋章嗎?
急事須回國一趟, 怎麽辦啊???
