f2轉f1的幾個問題

想這個spring學nurse,在community college交了學費了,學生處才告訴我要轉f1才能讀書,好不容易把材料弄齊了交上去,還要過幾天才給I-20.請問:1.轉身份所需材料的網頁. 2.如果開學前拿不到I-20,可以上part-time嗎?因為學校現在不正麵回答我,隻是說他沒說不能.
