緊急求助:如何取消J1申請

我現在是F1, OPT馬上到期,我已遞交F1轉J1.昨天剛收到收據,但現在J1工作丟失, 我需要取消J1申請.請問如何才能撤回申請?請各位多幫忙,小弟感激不盡!
