Dear Worthit,
Before, you mentioned the citations by independent review articles are more critical than general citation number.
My papers were cited by some review articles. One is a Big Guy in NIH. But all of them only mentioned my work in 1-2 sentences. They did not think highly of my work. Do I need to print all these articles and highlight my work in their articles, or just write in my petition letter that some review articles cited my work? Do I need to emphasize the Big Guy in NIH has cited my work in his review article. He cited my work in only 2 sentences, and did not give a very good evaluation on my work.
Thanks in advance.
