如新的移民法通過， 對EMPLOYEMENT－BASED 移民有如下影響

每年總配額由目前的14萬增為29萬，
EB1，EB2，EB3占總配額的比例變化分別為：


EB1：28.6% 變成 20%，　因此實際名額由40040變成58000

EB2：28.6% 變成 20%　　因此實際名額由40040變成58000

EB3：28.6% 變成 35%　　因此實際名額由40040變成101500

這樣看來，對所有的EB都有好處。
EB1　AND　EB2　馬上會變成CURRENT
EB3也會由目前的停滯不前改為大幅前進。

盼望法案早日通過，非法移民們不要再鬧了，他們人多勢眾，害了我們人少的
