We are in tri-state area, so we can do that, and my kid is still a baby, not school age yet, so we don't have problem with kid.

Honestly, i'm fighting with myself too what I should do. Will land in CA in couple of months. I think the way I'm thinking is better than risking both persons in the long wait for EB3.
