Because there are so many EB3 people will enter 5th or 6th year of H1B， and 245i people were not even added into the mix yet.

245i people will make eb3 problem persist for several years. If there is no 大赦, many eb3 people will not stay here in the next a few years. I guess many company will help to push for a solution for existing legal immigrants, such as eb3.

Remember, current eb3 has a world wide 排期，not just for Chinese or Indian.
