請教各位有經驗的前輩，如何提交所要求的補充材料？ 萬分感謝！愁啊

I have submitted more than 30 journal publication, more than 100 citation, several joural and proposal reviewer, Ph.D.,7 strong reference letters and more than ten years research experience in my I-140 petition, 移民局還通知我讓補充下列證據：

Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the alien were required to obtain labor certification from U.S. department of Labor. Would a U.S. work with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar way? How will the individual alien serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree that other individuals in the field? Please submit persuasively documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
