I am not so optimistic. I remember in 2005 fiscal year, China mainlanders used more than 20,000 visa numbers, in Which about the half are EB2. Since annual cap for each country is 7%, for 2006 fiscal year, at most 10,000 visa numbers can be used by Chinese. It means about 5,000 available for EB2. I predict that the cut-off date will be around the middle of 2005 by the end of 2006 fiscal year.
