Also, you should be happy. My situation is much worse. I'm at EB3 too. My RIR priority date is a bit early than yours. So far, I haven't seen anything yet. Second, I'm over 6 years H visa limit and on 7 years extension. So, I don't even have the chance to go and look for other opportunities, instead, only rotting here.
