Situation:
--My hu*****and's 140 was approved and our 485 are pending
--I am graduating in the end of April and I have no OPT left
--My future employer is going to apply H1B for me.

Question:
--If my H1B is aproved within 60 days after my graduation and I stay in the US untill the starting date--October 1, will I become AOS, can I still use H1B to work or I have to use EAD card?
