don't count on him, i am sure you can't get your money back,the only thing you can do is, 1) about your recommendation letters, try to find american friends to correct them for you,2)about petition letter(very very important),ask for electronic edition,and then find some experienced persons to take a look at them,you have to count on yourself,i don't wanna see the second me on the way,that was terrible experience.
