以前H1,轉成了F2.以後找到工作轉H1占名額嗎？如果不占名額,是不是一

以前H1,轉成了F2.以後找到工作轉H1占名額嗎？如果不占名額,是不是一旦找到工作,可以隨時提交H1B申請並且不用等到10月1日開始工作?
