TaTung, xiaobaitu, another question for you!

I'm writing a letter to explain the arrest record, should I tell what had happened in my case, or to explain why I didn't fill in the arrest record on the form. How detail I should be. I suppose I don't need to write too much since the court statement will tell everything and plus they have my record anyway.

Anyway, I just want to know what I should write in the letter.
