Steve Qi: 整個一法盲:無權泄露客人案情,無權提級其他律師的名字

感謝steve qi的公開信,讓我們看到了一個沒有職業道德,不懂法的律師嘴臉.

一旦簽約,律師應當信守合同的規定, should not disclose client's information without client's consents. 他公然將客人的案子在他的公開信裏討論. 看他給自己找的借口. 整個一個法盲!!!衝這一條,就可以去拿著合同去告他!

"Since there is no longer an attorney-client relationship, I am not bond by the privilege because you broke it by naming me as your lawyer and piled all these accusation on my firm and me". (為什麽合同就無效了呢!!!!就憑他上嘴唇碰下嘴唇?讓他拿出法律依據!

法盲原因之二: 他找一個墊背的,拉上其他律師事務所的名字,讓自己臉麵看上去好看一點...誰都知道確有其事, 但是沒有經過人家律師事務所的同意, 你憑什麽在你的OPEN LETTER 提及人家的名字.. 找SUE 呢? 法盲啊!

法盲原因之三: 公然威脅深受其害的客人.

就這麽一個法盲律師,在LA當地華人社區卻頗有市場. 原因:在當地華人報紙大登廣告,世界日報, 僑報. 同時在當地華人電視台露臉,天下衛視, 油頭粉麵,人五人六的,公然以LA當地最著名華人律師自稱...可恥啊!
