I-140 filed on 06/14/2002;

I-140 approved in June 2004;

I-485 filed on 09/15/2004; 指紋2005年三月打過.

根據排期, 我的priority date 二或三月就應到了, 但CASE無任何動靜. 於是聽從你的建議, 打800問了一下. 四十天後(昨天)收到USCIS回信. 意思是說, 由於我的CASE屬於E3類別 (顯然他們搞錯了), 沒有VISA #, 讓我繼續等待雲雲. 這一等不知道哪一年啦.

小白兔和mytwocents大俠, 我該如何采取對策? 請不吝指教. 謝謝, 磕頭啦.
