Security check 都查什麽

我姐(F1全獎)回國在北京返簽，簽證官別的材料都沒看，隻看是化學類專業，就判斷要Security check。大家知道大概要多久嗎?都check哪些內容呢?怕影響簽證，在親屬一欄就沒填我在美國，能查出嗎?如果查出的話是否有可能永遠都出不來呢?多謝各位！
