EAD mistake, XiaoBaitu Mytwocents please help!

EAD has the wrong date!
Here i prepare a short memo, the new I785 as they requested, which actually is the same as the old copy, the old I-765 copy, EAD card, approve letter, and receipt notice. I'm going to mail it.
Are those documents enough to make them correct the mistake? Please help to advise if i miss any important thing.
