被律師騙了,485都REF了,卻被拒了,從申請到485補件,換了6個人來搞我的

我申請national interest waiver,卻以不夠outstanding 的理由給拒絕了,律師從頭到尾沒付過責除了要錢,實在咽不下這口氣,我想宰了他,中國人能買到槍嗎,在美國?請各位給些意見,多謝!!!
