在美國出生的孩子回國，父母都沒綠卡，是申請中國的旅行證？還是

還是申請美國的護照，怎樣才能保證有美國國籍阿，
是不是現在申請中國的旅行證，不申請美國的護照，就可以回國了。
回國是中國公民，到孩子18歲的時候可以申請美國國籍嗎？
是這樣的嗎？
