What you pay is what you get. I knew some one use to work for him and according to what He/She said, this lawyer knows what he is doing and this is the most important thing to you.

Fee Agreement is an agreement. He wants to charge and you are willing to pay there is nothing wrong with that. He has office , Staff and education investment to pay and he needs that money as bad as you are. If you acquire XXX years of edu. and exp. you can ask for whatever you want and get business.

Attorney is regulated by the state bar. he does not want to get more complain than you do.
