HELP: Has anyone booked visa appointment at Canadian Consulate r

I've been checking the online visa reservation system (http: nars.com) for a week trying to book the appointment at US Embassy at Vancouver, but no appointments available at all for all US consulates. Does anyone know why? Thanks!!
