How to tranfer university H1B ( non-profit)to profit company

Recently, I got a offer from a company. I work at a university holding H1B. How to tranfer my H1B to that company? That comany has goverment fund.
Who can recommend a lawyer with contact email or No?

I've never worked in a company.
