急問: LC case closure in Philadephia BLC

今天收到Philadephia BLC 的信說case closure because untimely and imcomplete response. 律師說他收到45 day letter就馬上回複了,他還有傳真的複印件去證明他是馬上回複的.
大家聽說過類似的CASE又被REOPEN的嗎?
律師說他上星期一共收到四起這樣的事.
45 day letter 是去年十月收到的．
