I-485 pending 三年了。。。

我I-485是2003年3月申請上去的，到現在還沒有批下來。今天又去按了一次手印，這已經是第三次了。我的申請是 Nebraska 中心在處理。前些天讓律師去問，回答是：We are actively processing you case, and USCIS has to perform additional review.信中讓我再等六個月，如果沒消息的話再跟他們聯係。

我真是有點絕望了。請教這裏的各位，這種情況如果給州裏的參議員聯係會不會有幫助？除此之外我還能做些什麽？
