我的RIR 中寫的是:

"Minimum Bachelor Degree + Minimum 5 years experience."

實際上我有Master degree (China) + 11 years experience after Master up to now.

我看了I-140表上沒有提到是否在 Job description 中必須要求 Master Degree 才可以算是 EB2, 隻提到了申請人要有Master 或等同學曆 ( 這肯定是指Bachelor + 5 years).

象我這種情況, 能夠以 EB2 來申請I-140 和485 嗎?
