what kind of evidence?

I just notice that CIS require those transferring their H1b to provide evidence showing they did meaningful work for the old employer. But if you don't want you current employer to know your transferring, and you only work for him for 2-3 months (although you did make meaningful work during that period), how you demonstrate that and what kind of evidence you can provide?
Any idea?
