about H1 or H4 after F1

Now, I am F1, and will graduate this May. 140 approved and 485 pending (I am dependent)

I have some question. if I find a job, I will use EAD, after I use EAD, can I also apply for H1.


Since my hu*****and will change a job three month later, and apply H1b again, can I apply H4 with him, then do not work.

Since I always afraid 485 was denied, I hope I can change to H4, or I find a job, and can apply for H1 myself. Thanks
