My lawyer did not mention that - maybe need to wait for her immigration visa in Guangzhou :( I use AP - my status is 'pending' state, but after my H1b extension, i will go back to H1b again, my wife can get H4 safely. For EAD, i do not know how you can go back to H1b again.
